7. Limitation of Liability

  • THE MINDS BPO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice 30 days in advance.
  • THE MINDS BPO reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if there is a breach of terms, illegal activities, or failure to comply with payment obligations.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising under these terms will first be addressed through mutual negotiation.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration under the laws of Pakistan.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

11. Amendments

THE MINDS BPO reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated to the client and made available on official communication channels.
